For whom and for how long?

Coaching is a fast and effective method of personal development for people who are ready to leave their "comfort zone" and start acting. It’s perfectly suited for those who want to get to know themselves better and change something in their lives by taking a closer look at theirs beliefs, values or dreams.

On average, the process consists of 8 - 12 sessions, lasting from 60 to 90 minutes each and held on a weekly basis.
